How THERA-P works:

The treatments are usually 15 - 20 minutes long, dependent on client needs and demand. The session preferably takes place in a quiet vacant office or meeting room although treatments can just as easily be delivered in a quiet corner of a large office. These sessions are tailor-made to meet the client’s needs and would involve any of the following:

·        Tailored posture program
