Sam Paterson, BSc (Hons), MSST
Founder / Director
Sam brings over a decade of expertise to THERA-P, combining a deep passion for sports therapy with an extensive background in treating athletes at all levels. After earning his degree from the University of Kent in 2007, Sam began his career in semi-professional football with Bromley FC. His talent and dedication quickly propelled him forward, leading him to a prestigious role with Millwall FC, where he served as an assistant therapist working alongside the first team.
Seeking further professional growth, Sam took his skills internationally, joining a renowned sports injury clinic in Queensland, Australia. There, he honed his expertise across a diverse array of athletes, from Olympic swimmers to elite players in rugby league, rugby union, and AFL.
In 2017, Sam returned to the UK to launch THERA-P, now a well-established clinic with a strong reputation in Bromley and Orpington. Under his leadership, THERA-P has become a trusted resource for both the local community and professional athletes, delivering top-tier sports therapy and injury rehabilitation.
